Before you start integrating, here’s a quick look at how Djamo’s payment flow works for both customers and merchants.

What Djamo’s APIs Let You Do

1. Collect payments from your customers using the Collection API
2. Manage your business balances, transfers, transactions, and sub-accounts using the Transfer API

Customer Payment Flow (Product Perspective)

Step-by-step:

1. Customer selects “Pay with Djamo” at checkout
2. Device type is detected:
   1. Mobile
      1. If the Djamo app is installed, user is redirected to the app
      2. If not, user is prompted to install the app
   2. Web
      1. A QR code is displayed for the customer to scan with their Djamo app
3. Payment is authorized in the Djamo app
4. Customer is redirected back to your site with a success or failure status
